Welcome to Longwell Green Primary School

We hope you will find this website helpful. It is designed to give you some information about the school and introduce ourselves to you. We are proud of our school community and of our achievements to date, but we are certainly not complacent. We are continually striving for the highest possible standards and opportunities for all our pupils.

My main aim is that each child should be developed in the widest sense, using all their abilities, talents and qualities. I firmly believe that for this to be best achieved we must establish a genuine partnership between home and school.  We pride ourselves on open communication and therefore if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact an adult in school, either your child’s class teacher, the Family Mentor or myself.

We want all our children to be challenged intellectually, to feel secure, valued and confident and to be proud of belonging to the community of Longwell Green Primary School.
