BREAKFAST CLUB
Breakfast Club provides care for children from 7.45 each morning allowing parents to drop their children off early. There is no booking necessary and payment can be made on the door. Please ask Breakfast Club supervisors or the School Office for current prices.
PARENT SUPPORT ADVISOR (BARNARDOS)
The school can make referrals to the Parent Support Advisor (PTA) attached to the school. The PSA helps families who may need additional support on a range of matters, including children's behaviour, information about housing and links with other agencies.
SCHOOL BASED FAMILY MENTOR
Our Family Mentor is available to work with all parents who need information about school matters as well as requiring help accessing other agencies. The Family Mentor has access to an extensive range of information and can sign-post parents to a variety of services, including the PSA. All new parents will receive an introductory meeting with the Family Mentor to welcome them to school.
PYRAMID CLUB
Pyramid Club is designed to support selected children in Year 3 who may need a bit more help in transferring from infants to juniors, especially with relation to self confidence. Year 3 teachers will contact parents about this club.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The school always runs a wide range of clubs after school to help with the all round development of children. In the last year activities have included drama, gymnastics, football, chess, netball, Morris dancing and tennis. Please see the School Office for current details.
