School Meals
As the number of children in school having a hot school lunch has been increasing steadily, we thought it would be worthwhile reminding parents of the guidelines for sending dinner money into school:
- The cost of a hot two course lunch is £1.50 per day; you are welcome to pay for one or two terms in advance, for Term 4 – 25th February until 4th April the cost will be £42.00 (at the end of the term any refunds will be returned to you).
- Please send money in on a Monday morning with the eldest child as this has to be banked with South Gloucestershire Council (small envelopes are available from the office at a cost of £1)
- Money should be in an envelope clearly marked with the name of your child/children and the days they will be staying
- You are welcome to pay by cash or cheque made payable to South Gloucestershire Council
- If no dinner money is received a note will be sent home on Friday to remind you of the amount owing for school lunch taken that week
- Copies of the lunch menu can be found on the school website or can be obtained from the school office.
Packed Lunches
Children may bring a packed lunch. Please provide a suitable named container but do not send in glass bottles, cans or fizzy drinks.
