SCHOOL DINNERS FOR TERM ONE AND TERM TWO 2010/11
The cost of hot two-course lunch will increase to £1.65 per day, £8.25 per week from September 2010. The kitchen will continue to use the current menu, if you require another copy please enquire at the school office.
IF YOU WISH TO PAY FOR TERMS ONE AND/OR TWO IN ADVANCE THE AMOUNTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
TERM ONE –Wednesday 1st September – Friday, 22nd October, 2010 = 38 days @ £1.65 per day = £62.70 (less 3 in-service days - £4.95 (Wed 1st & Thurs 2nd September and Mon 4th Oct) –
TOTAL £57.75
TERM TWO – Monday 1st November, 2010 – Friday 17th December, 2010 = 35 days @ £1.65 per day = £57.75 (less 1 in-service day - £1.65 (Monday 1st Nov) – TOTAL £56.10
TOTAL FOR TERM ONE AND TERM TWO = 69 days @ £1.65 = £113.85
Guidelines for children staying for school dinners
If your child/children are staying to school dinner please send payment to school, on Monday mornings, with the eldest child. Please send the money in an envelope clearly marked with NAME OF CHILD/CHILDREN, CLASS AND DAYS STAYING; this will avoid any confusion about when dinners are taken. Cash or cheques made payable to SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNCIL and not school. Self-seal envelopes are available from the office. Any refunds due to absence will be returned to you at the end of Term 2.
Packed Lunches
Children may bring a packed lunch. Please provide a suitable named container but do not send in glass bottles, cans or fizzy drinks.
